Meet the Team

We whole-heartedly and enthusiastically recommend Tim Wolter as your realtor. We can't thank him enough for all of his hard work and commitment during the buying process of our new home. From Start to finish, Tim surpassed our expectations. He not only listens to what you have to say and what you are looking for he hears you. With each showing, he honed in closer and closer to what we were looking for in our new home, making what is an arduous process much more bearable. And once we found our new home, Tim stayed on top of the negotiation and closing process to ensure everything went smoothly. Tim puts his cutsomers first, and we truly believe you c...

Professional, Courteous, Tenacious, Knowledgeable, Hard Working and so on. These are only a few words to describe how Tim took care of Business and Dug in to get My Family the Home of Our Dreams! Everyone knows what a difficult Real Estate Market we are in. With so many restrictions and red tape these days, we knew finding the right Realtor was a MUST. Tim was a referral and we put him up against 5 of his peers. We took this process very seriously as we knew this would be a major, Life Changing, decision. After 6 interviews we knew Tim was our guy! The decision was not taken lightly. Every Realtor had great things to say and promised the world. Tim ...

After having had the privilege of being personally represented by Tim Wolter, I would like to offer our highest possible professional and personal endorsement on behalf of my entire family. During the course of 4 months, Mr. Wolter both sold our existing property for a price much higher than anticipated and also negotiated a very favorable price and terms on the new home we purchased. While Mr. Wolter made both undertakings appear effortless and seamless from the outside, it wasn't until we looked at nearly 50 properties did we fully appreciate the full scope of his area market fluency and unparalleled rapport with other area realtors in which he wo...

Having worked with many real estate agents in the past, Tim Wolter is the first to meet and exceed my expectations for his knowledge of the local market, responsiveness, and straight-talk. That's what I valued and Tim delivered not once, but two times now. Tim brought incredibly accurate and realistic insights to the table about the Covenant Hills housing market. Tim creates a positive experience for his clients because he is relationship-focused more than transaction-focused. He truly cares to understand the impact of a home sale or purchase on the family. His honesty and candor sets him apart. Tim works harder than any agent I have known. We knew ...

This Letter is in reference to the amazing job that you performed in the sale of my home this year. During our first meeting you told me that you would do anything possible to facilitate me and the sale of my home. You more than stood up to your word by managing various difficult obstacles that arose during the sale. The sale of my home was far from an easy one due to the various financial and legal matters I am currently involved with. You dealt with several agencies and companies, that were outside of your realm of job duty, but you met them head on and worked diligently to solve each problem. I am extremely thankful to you for never giving up and...

Tim is someone who cares about his client's needs. Tim makes you feel that it isn't his job, but his mission to get the very best for his clients. He is someone with integrity that builds excellent relationships with others. When going through such a stressful time you'll want to have someone like Tim representing your needs because he loves what he does and treats everything as if it were his personal transaction. You can be sure that you'll be in great hands every step of the way.

Working with Tim was a great experience. His communication was outstanding, and he provided regular updates so we didn't need to ask for them. He was 100% prompt to every meeting and call, was courteous and respectful of us and our home, and was extremely responsive. Due to Tim's extensive industry network and expertise in the Ladera Ranch community, our home sold without even being listed. We couldn't have asked for a smoother selling experience and we would highly recommend Tim Wolter if you are thinking of selling or buying in Ladera Ranch.

We had the best experience with Tim! He is the nicest and most kind man. He was very upfront and honest about the current market and sales. He listed our home and we had a full price offer in 4 days. The escrow had some bumps like most do but he kept us in the loop every step of the way. He was calm, he kept us calm. We closed in 30 days and our sale went so smoothly because of Tim’s hard work and dedication. Tim is the best realtor we have ever used! I can’t sing his praises enough! He knows Ladera and is the very best in the community!

Definitely would recommend! Working with Tim and Conner was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering questions, scheduling showings, or negotiating on our behalf, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. What stood out most was the attention to detail and genuine care for our needs. It never felt like just another transaction—they truly cared about helping us. If you're looking for someone who is honest, hard-working, and genuinely invested in your success, I highly recommend ...

We knew of the Tim Wolter Group as they represent most of the homes in Covenant Hill but we never had the pleasure to work with them directly before recently. We were fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to interact directly with Tim on the purchase of our next house and we are so thankful for it. The process of buying our new home was so seamless, we could not have hoped for a better agent to represent us. Tim is very knowledgeable of the market which give him a real competitive edge. He is an excellent communicator and set the proper expectations right of the back, he is fair, transparent, and honest. Throughout this process he was always ...
