Meet Matt Lorenzen

A longtime public servant, Ladera Ranch resident, husband, and father, Matt Lorenzen brings nearly two decades of leadership and community service experience to real estate. After building a career serving local communities and leading teams through complex challenges, Matt is bringing that same commitment to the people and families of Ladera Ranch and South Orange County.

Matt’s connection to real estate is also personal. While building his career, he bought and sold homes, returned to college, and ultimately earned his MBA. Along the way, he experienced firsthand how homeownership and the equity it creates can impact a family’s financial future. That experience helped shape his decision to pursue real estate professionally.

As a member of the Tim Wolter Group at Ladera Realty, Matt combines a service-first mindset with strong communication, business experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for the community he calls home.
